I work in a wireless environment, and frequently - even though I've got all paramaters set to 'automatically connect' I have to manually connect to my wireless router - repeatedly. I connect it, it then disconnects. I re-connect, and it disconnects - four or five times before it 'stays' connected.
All with an 'excellent' signal and WPA2 security. Furthermore, I have a Cisco bit VPN client, and randomnly when connected to my wireless router , if I connect remotely to our office network via the VPN client, it shuts down the wireless connection completely. The Ciscon VPN client indicates it's connected through the secure gateway, then a moment later the wireless drops entirely - and I have to manually re-connect four or five times.
There is no rhyme nor reason to any of this, and Toshiba wants to wipe my hard drive clean. Anyone else with these issues???
